- Transfer of P11 information from a manual or computerised system.
- Payroll processing based on gross pay details submitted by the client – you can send this by e-mail, fax or post and it can be in your chosen format – eg time sheets, spreadsheet.
- We calculate PAYE Tax and NIC liabilities, processing SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP, Pensions, Student Loans, Earnings Attachment Orders.
- Production of employee payslip’s.
- Production of easy to understand accounting reports including analysis reports, year to date reports, nominal link reports for your accounts system. Reports can be provided on paper, by HTML e-mail or as a CSV spreadsheet file.
- P45/P46 starter and leaver processing.
- Year End work – P35/P60/P14/P9D/P11D/Class 1A NIC’s.
- BACS services for direct deposit to your employee’s bank accounts.
- View data before Bacs payments are sent and before final payslip’s have been printed.
